In our semi private personal training sessions you’ll train in small groups of between 2-6 people, our  personal trainers have specifically designed these sessions for fat loss, toning up your muscles and getting you in the best shape possible – we only use the most functional, effective, tried and tested training methods.

The reality is most people don’t NEED 1-on-1 private training, unless you haven’t exercised in a long time, you’re quite overweight, you’re not quite ready yet or you have an injury we need to work around or rehabilitate.

We find that most people who train in a group environment get BETTER fat loss results. You’ll always train a little harder when there’s others around, there’s a lot more energy in the room to bring everybody up and you’ve got the social support of likeminded people with the same goals as you.

If after meeting with one of our trainers, we decide that you’d prefer or you need private personal training sessions to get going we can do that until you’re ready to progress into the small group sessions.
